Looking for a more affordable bucket list course to add to your itinerary? Our newest list has you covered. On Wednesday, we released our first list of America’s best golf courses you can play for $100 or lesswith the only caveats being that they are accessible to the public and offer a weekend walk-in rate during peak season that does not exceed $100.

Let’s be clear: these courses are no slouches.

You can walk to Wild Horse Golf Club in Nebraska for as little as $75, and it also appeared at #49 in the latest GOLF rankings. Top 100 public courses. George Wright in Massachusetts, a 1938 Donald Ross design, also made both lists. It is $62 for the maximum walk rate and was ranked as the 59th best public course. We could go on. Bethpage Red and the warren course at notre dame? Yep, they made both lists too.

There’s more, but it’s time to check out the list for yourself, which you actually do helped in the cure (along with GOLF’s evaluators, editors and industry experts). And for your quick viewing pleasure, scroll down to see our state-by-state rankings, in which 35 states were represented. The next task is easy: book your times.
