On Sunday, March 23, 2025, Børns Vilkår will carry out its annual fundraising campaign nationwide. Thousands of volunteers will raise funds for national assistance of the organization, Børnetelanelenele and Youth Counseling Service, Hørt. However, this is not the only way to support the important cause of the organization.
In 2024, Rune donated money to every ace he served during the masters tournament in Indian Wells, and this year, the partnership has deepened to a permanent ambassador. Rune is now actively involved in the start of initiatives and protecting the well -being of children and young people.
As part of this collaboration, Holger Rune is auctioning a gift card for a one-hour tennis session, along with a missile with which he competed in the Australian Open 2025 Masters and 2024 Rolex Paris Master.
“I am very aware of how lucky I was to have a good childhood, and the opportunities I had along the way, and I am deeply grateful for them,” Rune said. “Unfortunately, not all kids are so lucky, and I’m deeply moved when I hear about those who face carelessness. That is the cause near my heart, and I want to support Børns Vilkår in raising awareness of this critical issue.
“I hope the auction will help raise awareness of the annual campaign of collecting Børns Vilkår, which is such an important initiative. I am also happy and proud to contribute this way. I also look forward to seeing who will play against after the auction is over.”
