Los Angeles Dodgers superstar Shohei Ohtani is on pace to become the first player in MLB history to hit 50 home runs and 50 steals in a season and currently has 44 homers and 46 steals to become the fastest player ever to reach 40/40. index. .

His Dodgers are now selling a special food item to honor his quest for the 50/50, and it’s a lot less obscene than some of the recent ballpark food items in the sports world.

MLB shared on X that the Dodgers are selling a 40/40 Loaded Fry helmet to mark him reaching 40/40.

No word yet on what the fries are loaded with, but it looks like there’s either some sort of shredded pork or beef with some Japanese-inspired toppings, as it’s clearly topped with mayo, green onions, and some sort of topping. sauce, and maybe some togarashi seasoning on the fries.

The photos look good, just have to hope the Dodgers don’t take things too far and charge $40.40 for this menu.

Ohtani’s recent awards night saw fans line up for miles to get a figure featuring his dog Deco by his side, so no doubt fans will be flocking to order this just to get the French Fries helmet as well.

These are a solid side dish along with the Dodger Dog, and together they should keep you full for nine or more innings.
