Ryan Garcia explodes New York Commission over the tank Davis No-Knockdown and contrasts with its own case

Ryan Garcia lit the New York Commission on social media and responds to their failure to turn a call over Gervonta Davis who took a knee in the ninth round of his battle last Saturday night in the Barclays Center in Brooklyn. Many fans felt that it should have been a knockout and disqualification.

Ryan wonders why the New York State Athletic Commission overturned his victory over Devin Haney on April 20 last year, took away his victory and it had a no competition after he had the prohibited Ped Ostarine in his system.

The no-knockdown

He feels that the commission feels that they should do it. Why didn’t they act on referee Steve Willis’ call in the ninth round when Tank Davis hit the deck after being nailed by a stitch of Roach (25-1-2, 10 COs)?

The failure to make the right call has the victory and the millions he would have made as the new WBA 140-pound champion. Roach did not see the big picture of which tank’s missed knockout and disqualification cost him in dollars and cents. He would have made millions in a re-broadcast as the WBA champion rather than the B-side-out.
