WBA Continental Americas Super Featherweight Champion Eduardo ‘Rocky’ Hernandez has defeated former WBC Fecarbox Super Featherweight Champion Rene ‘El Bravo’ Tellez Giron by a unanimous 12 -round decision in an action pack on Friday night in the Hilton Lac Leamy, Gatineau, in Quebec ,.

Hernandez (37-2, 32 food) defeated Giron, 20-5 (13) with a 12-round decision.
In the first round, Hernandez landed left brackets on the head and body of Giron and took the round. In the second round, both opened in a pleasant round, with Hernandez having an edge. In the fourth round, the action continues in a slugfest between both.
In the fifth and sixth rounds, the action continued with Giron who had Hernandez in fifth place in the corner at the bell. In the seventh round, Hernandez drew blood from Giron’s nose with both landing.
In the ninth through the eleventh rounds, Giron Hernandez would have against the ropes if Hernandez would drive him back. In the twelfth and final round, both never stopped landing the bumps, while the crowd let them know that they enjoyed this Slugfest without any clinical.

In the co-function that returned after 16 months, Canadian heavyweight champion Southpaw Alexix ‘The Great’ Barriere, 12-0 (10) Ubaldo ‘Baldo’ Ilagor Resendiz, 13-2 (12), knocked out at the end of the sixth round of a scheduled 10 rounds.
In the second round, Barriere drew blood from Resendiz’s nose. In the third round, Resendiz came out to throw half a minute of wild blows. Halfway, he ends up a solid right on the chin of Barriere. In the last minute, Barriere landed a solid left on Resendiz’s chin.
In the fifth round, Resendiz landed a right on Barriere’s shoulder and drove him back a few steps with his glove that touched the canvas, but referee Martin Forest did not consider it a knockout. In the last minute, Barriere Resendiz shook on the chin with a left.
In the sixth round, Barriere landed a left hand and rode Resendiz in the ropes, with the referee Forest having a knockout. Midway Barriere ended up on the chin and dropped Resendiz again. At the end of the round, the corner of Resendiz calls a downtime.
Middle-Southpaw Derek ‘Slick’ Pomerleau, 11-0 (9) Stop Nathan ‘The Matrix’ McIntosh, 14-4-1 (1) at 2:50 of the sixth round of a scheduled eight rounds.
In the first four rounds, Pomerleau easily surpassed the late sub, McIntosh. In the sixth round, Pomerleau McIntosh dropped to the body with a left bean for an 8 score of referee Albert Padulo, Jr. A minute later, he dropped McIntosh with a combination as referee Padulo, jr. Blow it off.
In a nasty match, former WBA feather champion Jelena Mrdjenovich, 44-12-1 (19), Jessica ‘Bulldozer’ Bellusci, defeated 6-4 (2) with a unanimous eight round decision.
In the first three rounds, both kept too much. Mrdjenovich took the round. Bellusci had the lead in the wrestling match in the fourth and fifth rounds.
In the sixth and seventh rounds, Mrdjenovich begins to rise every round before falling into a clinic with Bellusci hitting the head. In the eighth and final round, 42-year-old Mrdjenovich looked like the winner in this foul match.

Super Light Southpaw Lee Reeves, 13-1 (8) stopped Szabolcs Szabota, 2-1, in the first round of a scheduled four rounds.
Super Welter James Hughes, 3-0 (2), stopped Alexis Heredia, 0-1) in the third round of a scheduled four rounds.
