Runners from about 100 clubs fall down to Falkirk to pursue national medals on earth
Scotland International Lee McCenan Lindsace National Career’s career has expressed its biggest victory in Falkirk.

McKenna won gold to Edinburgh Flyburg and her “Shetlston” club, Brogan Wallace, who has returned to sports after five years.
Starting with lists and 100 submitted clubs, Lindsays National XC was collecting 3,000 to 4,000 mobs in Calalxar Park in Falkirk.
The individual medals of the Shetland AAC on the under 20 and 17 year olds increased the depth and atmosphere of the event as runners Trains, planes and cars (and ferry) to be there.
More than 900 elderly people have passed 10 km from the cross-country action, including Olympic Flya Ross from the local club from Falkirk Victoria and athletes to 13 to M80.
“I haven’t run for several years, because I have been injured at the moment, so Falkirk was a big target for me this year,” said McCena.
“I felt when Nancy and others were close to me among the first couple, but when you feel that you are ahead, you just have to make you trust yourself.
“It simply came to our notice then.
“The atmosphere here is brilliant and in every sense I felt that someone shouted me. It really helps, and then you return to the section with all club tents, and the road is deaf. “
In women’s senior race, Shetliteron won the team of Edinburgh’s second and Carnethy Hill Runner.

The Central AC won the team’s gold once again with Silmiks and Shetlston.
“My girlfriend ended with America, and many families were here too, so I couldn’t let them go down.
“I think Liverpool and Falkirk are two big ones for Scottish athletes in terms of the Khach country. “Liverpool didn’t go” when I lost shoes to be here with gold. I’m too heavy to bind my spots today.
“I will now look at 10 km and try and win a GB and NI choice.”
Gala Harryers Isla Paterson, whose uncle Chris Paterson is the best scotland units in the International Rugby, added that family history with gold under 20 years. The Logan Bryley of the Central AC won the men’s title after improvement from the fourth last year.
