Barcelona coach Hansi Flick has confirmed that the home midfielder Marc Casado is still part of the club’s plans, despite a recent preference for Frenkie de Jong and rumors of external transfer interest.
The Graduate of the Masia Casado has enjoyed a breaking season with the first team, capitalizing on a injury Crisis before the campaign to cease -and accumulate 30 appearances so far.

Casado signed a new contract with Barcelona Last June, before he had made the permanent leap to the first team level, which will be developed until 2028. This agreement includes a launch clause of 100 million euros (83 million pounds).
