Feliciano Lopez, former -world no.12 and current director of the tournament in Madrid, took Sinner’s side, saying: “It is very clear that he has done nothing to improve his performance, this is proven. Wada officially withdrew her appeal to the Arbitration Court for the sport. They were looking for a 1-2 years of age for the sinner, but chosen to settle in three months. The hearing was scheduled to begin on April 16, which would put the sinner at risk of losing the Summer if he stopped at the same time.
“It just looks more or less appropriate,” said Tim Henman on Sky Sports.

Nick Kyrgios, who has been eagerly against the sinner since the beginning of this controversy, called him a bad day for tennis:
