Coco Gauff is using her price money to do well in the world. The American had given a $ 100,000 donation to provide scholarships to historically black students of the College and University (HBCU) playing competitive tennis.

“My family has a deep -rooted story with HBCU, going back to my big, big grandfather,” Guff said in a statement. “From the aunts and uncles to the cousins, HBCUS has played a major role in shaping who we are. Supporting UNCF in creating opportunities for tennis students means a lot to me.
“As a new black athlete, I understand how influential it is to see people who look like me in both sports and education. I want to help the next generation of students-athletes continue to follow the passion of their tennis as they reach their academic goals. bright forward. “
Gauff supported other causes in 2025. Earlier this year, Gauff joined the New Basketball Investment Group 3-in-3 incomparable League in January.
