The event will be shown live on PBV on Prime Video PPV. Undercard steals the show The price of the undercard is what some fans are calling ‘The Mexican Loma,’ Jose ‘Rayo’ Valenzuela, defends against Gary Antuanne Russell in a fight interesting enough to be the main event in this card. As previously revealed, WBA light welterweight champion Jose ‘Rayo’ Valenzuela (14-2, 9 KOs) will be defeated by Gary Antuanne Russell (17-1, 17 KOs) in the co-main event. Rayo is making his first defense of his newly won WBA belt which he won from Isaac Cruz on August 3 last year. WBC light welterweight champion Alberto Puello (22-0, 10 KOs) faces mandatory Sandor Martin (42-3, 15 Os) in a 12-round fight. Yoenis Tellez (19-0, 7 KOs) faces the renowned 34-year-old veteran Julian Williams (29-4, 17 KOs) for the WBA interim junior middleweight title. This will be the first fight of the PPV portion of the card on PBC on PPV. Spaniard Sandor Martin was a raw deal in his fight against Teofimo Lopez three years ago at Madison Square Garden in New York. He lost a 10-round split decision in a fight many boxing fans had him winning on December 10, 2022. The judges gave it to the New Yorker, Teo, but the boxing public saw it as a good old-fashioned hometown decision seen Even Teofimo knew that he had lost, as he was heard to say, ‘Do I still have it?’ “I’m here to show the world what it means to be great,” said Jose ‘Rayo’ Valenzuela. “Bring me your cruelest, and I will bring back their heads.
