The third round of 2025 American Express begins Saturday morning, January 18, at PGA West in California, and you can find the full set times for Saturday’s third round at the bottom of this post.
Separate training time for the 3rd round
It’s been nearly nine years since Charley Hoffman last won on the PGA Tour, but the 48-year-old veteran pro is co-leader in this week’s American Express, along with Rico Hoey, at 16 under par.
A win this week would mark the fifth of Hoffman’s career (and first since the 2016 Valero Open) and the first for Hoey, whose best finish at our PGA was a runner-up finish at last year’s ISCO Championship.

Due to the unique format of this week’s tournament, players will remain in their assigned groups for another round until reshuffled after Saturday’s 54-hole cut before the final round. Hoffman will play the third round alongside Eric Cole at 11:30 am ET while Hoey will play JJ Spaun at 12:14 pm ET.
