Man United want the midfielder out of their wage bill

Looks like Manchester United they want to take Casemiro off their books to ease his wage bill, although nothing appears to be imminent with any Saudi Pro League clubs at the moment.

The experienced Brazilian midfielder has largely been a failure at Old Trafford and it makes sense that there are now serious doubts over his future.

Although Casemiro got off to a bright start when he first joined the Red Devils in the summer of 2022, age has caught up with him and he surely no longer has it to make the desired impact at this level.

according to The AthleticMan Utd are now ready to take this huge income off their books, with goal previously reported that the former Real Madrid man is pocketing up to £375,000-a-week at Old Trafford.

We will have to see where Casemiro could go next if the Saudi offers don’t come throughas it is hard to imagine that she would have so many suitors in Europe at this time.

Casemiro may have struggled in his relatively short time in the Premier League, with United never seeing the best of him, but there’s no doubt the 32-year-old can look back on a great career in the game.

At his peak, Casemiro was part of one of the great modern midfielders alongside Luka Modric and Toni Kroos at Real Madrid, winning the Champions League five times at the Bernabeu.

Casemiro also achieved other major honours, including three La Liga titles, while he has also secured more silverware with the Carabao Cup and FA Cup at United.

Casemiro also won a total of 75 caps for Brazil, which is no mean feat, and it would be good to see him rise to the occasion as well, rather than warming the United bench.

MUFC fans will no doubt wish that Casemiro could have joined them a little earlier, but they will also surely wish him well as he moves on.
