The 2025 PGA Tour season is just getting started, with one week in Hawaii and another to go. This week, the professionals face off in 2025 Sony Open in Hawaiiwhere last week’s winner tops the odds group. Here are the complete Sony Open odds and betting favorites to start the week.
Sony Open Hawaii Odds: Betting Favorites
Many stars are sitting this week after many of them played last week’s Sentry, but the star that outlasted them all to win is in the Sony Open field: Hideki Matsuyama.
As number 5 in the world and First PGA Tour winner of the seasonMatsuyama easily tops the list as the betting favorite at Sony, starting the week with odds of +900 to win. Beyond his strong play of late, Matsuyama has a total of 11 Tour wins, and he previously triumphed at the Sony Open in 2022.
Following Hideki in a distant second on the Sony Open odds list is the Canadian pro Corey Conners at +1600 odds to win. Conners didn’t get in the winner’s circle last season, but he has two Tour wins and finished T5 at Sentry last week to start the season on a high note.
In the third place, the betting odds decrease Tom Kim (+1800), followed by Russell Henley (+2000).
