Pramac Racing MotoGP team name

Pramac Racing adopted their current team name ahead of the 2009 MotoGP season to simply refer to the Pramac company that originally founded the operation. During its first seven seasons on the grid, the team adopted different names due to partnerships.

Since then, the Pramac company name has been a central feature of the MotoGP apparel label, alongside various title sponsorship deals – with Italian insurance company Prima joining from May 2022 and Groupe Renault’s sports brand Alpine from 2025.
