The 2024 Cross Country season is here!

You are now in a difficult part of the season. the difference is racing fitness.

Let me explain.

Those who can make one right move after another and have something at the end of the race, those athletes will be successful.

The California state meet is over, the season finale.Four of the four FootLocker regionals are over.

We are just days away from the West FootLocker Regional Meet (December 7th) and the NIKE NXN Champs (December 7th).

Cross country is the real key to developing as a distance runner.

The Midwest, Southeast, and East regions were held for FootLocker on November 30, 2024.

NXN Regionals are over, NXN Nationals are on December 7th and European Champions are on December 8th.

West FootLocker Districts held on December 7, 2024 and FL Nationals on December 14, 2024.

Are you fit?
