Cathy Davis shines as a trailblazer, while referee Kenny Bayless, the late Al Gavin and Harry Gibbs are honored in the Non-participant section. Randy Gordon and Ross Greenburg take Observer titles, and posthumous tributes go to Rodrigo Valdez (Old Timer) and Owen Swift (Pioneer).
