Leicester City have parted ways with manager Steve Cooper after just 12 games into the new Premier League season.
The Foxes appointed Cooper in June, after Enzo Maresca left last season’s Championship winners to become Chelsea boss, but the former Nottingham Forest manager has struggled to win over supporters at the club .
A statement from Leicester, 24 hours after the 2-1 defeat by Chelsea, confirmed Cooper’s departure, along with manager Alan Tate and first-team coach Steve Rands.
