The 2024 Cross Country season is here!

Saturday is a big race day across the US

Most of the 560,000 high school boys and girls competing in high school in 2024 are competing this weekend.

Be ready for your race on Saturday.

Cross Country is the real key to developing as a distance runner.

Wednesday, Week 6, Day 6, October 26, 2024

good warm up

30 minute moderate run, 5k-10k XC race,

cool well

Check your shoes and make sure your training shoes

ready for another 10-14 weeks of training. (Most boots are 12-16 weeks of training)

If not, go to a local running store and find a pair or two of good training shoes.

We will talk about that soon.

Gemma Rickey, one of Scotland’s best middle distance runners, has been a frequent supporter of cross country.
