Summer golf is a joy for most of the LIKA-More light of the day release the afternoon, and warm temperatures make it nice to play in all hours.
Here in Arizona where I have lived for the best part of a decade, though, the summer golf is great for a completely different reason. It’s free! Reason? There are not many of us who are willing to endure 110-plus ranks to play a round of golf, so courses throw green fees for the latest prices to attract us. It works! This year, my mother and I paid a fee of once $ 159, which allows $ 20 US dollars from mid -May to mid -September.
Dawn stroke times are the ideal way to go to avoid the worst of the day’s furnace, but with the school again in the session, the earliest I can do on the course is around 8:30 am. By then, it is already 95 degrees and is growing fast. My mother and I have played more than a small piece of rounds together this summer, and the 8-10 am duration has been surprisingly busy. Recently, with a number of groups ahead of us, we decided to play nine back first. We sailed around in 1 hour and 20 minutes, then threw a little to finish nine money. We finished all 18 holes in two hours and 45 minutes, and I was shocked to play my best round in more than a decade.
What do you give? Like most players, I hate slow game, and couldn’t help but think my performance was partially driven by PACE We were able to hire. Not having to wait for the players ahead meant that we could enjoy a steady pace as well as avoid the surrounding stay waiting in the 113 degree heat. Playing fast is my favorite way – everyone wins! During a conversation after the round with my mother, we discussed our love to play quickly and the tactics we use to do so. Given all the last lecture we have endured How to adjust the deceit of the slow gameI have listed our strategies below. Maybe they will help you shave some time – and blow! – Even outside your next round.
*Responsibility: Most of these tips are often important only when boarding a wheelchair. But some are just as applicable to walks!
Simple steps to play golf quickly
1. Tee quickly
As someone who plays tee ahead, I usually don’t have the ability to go first if I’m playing with teammates playing a longer group. So, I often end up waiting for those who play partners to gather together to leave. This can sometimes take a long agonizing time. There is no reason that you cannot be ready to hit immediately after arriving in tee. And after a player starts things, generally motivates the rest of the band to get into the outfit.
2. Write your score to the next tee
Avoid the tendency to record your score in the same green you just finished. Instead, do it while your game partner is playing in the next hole.
3. Don’t be afraid to fall and walk
I see it all the time: a group ahead that is dedicated to close each player’s ball, in the game order, cross the road and take forever. You don’t need a gallery of your partners playing to see every blow you hit. And don’t be afraid to remove your game partner on their ball and catch them after you have hit, or vice versa. Also, if you are within 100 yards, walk up to green with an extra club or two while the other person runs the surrounding cart.
4. Play golf ready
This is clear, but it must be said. If you are not in the club championship and are playing Golf Honors, hit when you are ready. If your partner is farther than green than you and taking forever and you are on your ball ready to go, just go! Especially about green.
5. Invest in a distance measuring device
For most of my new years of golf, I was a walk player when he came to the yard. But this is not favorable for fast golf. This was slow, 6-hour, waiting-for all of the college golf. A few years ago, I got a GPS Golf WatchAnd its use has been a player of the game. Measurement of the yard is immediate, leading to the rapid choice of the club and executing the shot.

6. Leave the drink inside
This is something I think most people are pleased since then Changing the 2019 ruleBut it is very useful for fast golf. Don’t waste time pulling the pin.
7. Putt ‘until you finish
Maybe this is controversial, but I don’t think the random rounds require the cleaning, marking and reading ceremony of every single blow. If there is no visible mud in the ball, just hit! Look at the stack break, but don’t spend the ages reading it. And if it’s within five legs or more, just finish and go further.
8. Get 1 Rhythm Practice – Max!
Golf is tedious, and playing in extreme heat is especially so. Do not waste energy getting numerous practical oscillations. Get one mostly – and no one is okay.
9. Stop looking for golf balls
If you lose the ball, a discovery machine is enough. If it is not immediately visible, re-hit or fall. Please don’t waste everyone’s time looking for a ball.
