Why is he considered a snub: Hojgaard was a member of the team two years ago, and his brother, Rasmus, is on this year’s team. He was also tied up for the second two weeks ago at British British Masters Betfred, and the Hojgaard brothers were runners at The Zurich Classic, PGA Tour’s Lone Team Event.
Why he remained out of the team: He has not won since 2023. He is also ranked 146th this season in PGA Tour in Strokes Won: About Green.
Alex who
Ranking in the ranking of Europe’s latest team Ryder Cup: 26
Why is he considered a snub: Noran is the highest rank player in the official ranking of the world golf to leave the team, and he played on the 2018 team. He also won British Masters Betfred two weeks ago, and he played in the latest pair of this year’s PGA championship.
Why he remained out of the team: Noran lost shocks this year in PGA Tour on off the tee and approached the green. He has also never won at PGA Tour.
Sergio Garcia
Ranking in the ranking of Europe’s latest team Ryder Cup: 140
Why is he considered a snub: Garcia is the leader of all time points in the history of Ryder Cup. He also won this year’s Liv Golf Hong Kong event.
Why he remained out of the team: Garcia’s best ending in three big appearances this year was a tie for the 34th in the open championship. During his last eight beginnings Liv Golf, he posted a Top 10.
