This is normally when we land at the site of the Hitter of Cleaning in the formation, closing the end of a four-week jogging in the western coast, and one of my favorite superstars throughout the golf. From Torrey Pines to Pebble Beach, to Phoenix, and then to one and the only Riviera Country Club, is quite fourfold Golf games.
Destructive fires in the Pacific Palisada, Caliph., However, where Riviera is located, have forced the 2025 edition of Genesis Invitational develop elsewhere and was announced a few weeks ago That we would go back to Torrey Pines for what is the third signing event of the new golf season.
Open farmers’ insurance house, Earned by Harris English Just three weeks ago, it will be the South Course only in Torrey Pines this week than the northern course also playing a piece for one of the four rounds. Of course not many will be different with the golf course, but the reports are that it has been allowed to grow roughly, making it already a highly demanding test of even more difficult.
Some of the participants are repeated this week. Harris English has returned, such as Sam Stevens, Andrew Novak and my sungjae, all of them finished 5 top 5 here in late January. But there are plenty of new faces against what we saw a few weeks ago, including Scottie Scheffler and Last winner at Pebble BeachRory mcilroy.
The field size is cut at half this time about: 72 players all this week for what is an uninterrupted event.
The skills groups I am focusing on this week have not changed. They worked for us beautiful in landing in Harris English correct at 110-1. Total driving remains a high advantage, hitting it long and straightforward. The southern course is the longest course these players face in the tournaments in about 7,800 yards and landing areas are narrow – and we talked about very criminal approximately. Finding straight roads will be very important. And if you can add a length there, it should go ahead to success this week.
Par 4s here are almost all in the 450-500 yard range. Three of the four par 3 are over 200 yards. I watched the shocks gained in par 4s of that length and also the proximity of the holes from 200+ yards, as a large portion of the access shots will be hit from that distance. Finally, the clash will be another very important ingredient. English directed the field in this category three weeks ago, on the way to victory. English was the third in that field for SG: setting and I looked at this too, in what is a Poa Annua surface.
English had very strong credentials in the interconnected courses we used here for providing open farmers, and we will use the same again. Quail Hollow, Home for the Wells Fargo championship, Country Club of Jackson, Sanderson Farms Championship House, Vidanta Vallarta, where they play Mexico Open, and Corales Golf Club, where they play Corales Puntacana championship, all make the list. Also: Valhalla, last year’s PGA championship, Caves Valley, where the 2021 BMW championship was held, and finally TPC Harding Park, PGA 2020 championship house.
I have played the following five choices for a full win as well as a Top-20th finish.
Collin Morikawa (18-1)
Starting with a third place in the masters last season, Morikawa has essentially been the second best player in the world since then. He was second in Kapalua earlier this year and received 17th at Pebble Beach two weeks ago. He ended up to third place here for farmers and was fourth in 2021 when Torrey Pines received US Open. Morikawa also ended up in 16th place in Quail Holow, was the fourth in Valhalla in last year’s PGA championship, and won the PGA 2020 championship at Harding Park. During the last 24 rounds, he ranks fifth in this field for good acquired discs and ninth in clashes. Morikawa is 54 this season in total driving. Last year he was 31st. He hits him there on average under 300 yards, which is not particularly high in the tournament, but his steering accuracy is 10 balls in the world. After growing up in southern California and having participated in Cal Berkeley, he is very popular with this Golf Course, as well as the greens Poa Annua.
Tommy Fleetwood (47-1)
He has to win at PGA Tour eventually, right? Maybe that’s Java. He was the 11th in the tournament last season in the accuracy of the direction and was the seventh for total driving and clashes. During the last 24 rounds, Fleetwood ranks 12th in this field for SG: off the tee and is eighth for SG: Access. He was the 26th in Valhalla and 29th in Harding Park, and ended the 50th here at US Open in 2021. He has been excellent in Quail Hollow with conclusions of 13-5-14, and again in 2015 At Harding Park for the WGC-Cadillac Play match, it ended fifth. During the last 36 rounds, Fleetwood ranks 26th in this field for SG: Position (Poa Annua).

Maverick Mcnealy (52-1)
If we have a Cal bear on the card, we will have better a stanford cardinal. However, seriously, like Morikawa, McNealy is another child in California who is very popular with this course and these poa Annua greens. He has never lost a cut in Torrey Pines and ended up to the 15th place. He received the 17th on Farms Sanderson, the 13th on Vidanta Vallarta, and was last May 23 in Valhalla. During the last 24 rounds, McNealy ranks 12th in this field for SG: Access, Seventh in clashes, third in yard 450-500 par 4s, and is ninth for SG: Poa Annua during The last 36 rounds.
Akshay Bhatia (78-1)
This is the first toe in the Bhatia pool this season, but what he is doing has not passed unnoticed. He is really a serious player, I believe, he will win again soon. He won last season and finished 10 top three times, including a competitor. He was also 20 balls an additional eight times, including a 13th place conclusion in his debut last year in Torrey Pines. Similar to Morikawa and Fleetwood, he is not a bomber outside of tee, but is very accurate and ranked 27th on the tournament last season on total driving. During the last 24 rounds, Bhatia is the fourth in the field to clash, and as another native in California, it ranks fourth in the field for SG: Setting (Poa Annua).
Gary Woodland (110-1)
While this is my first trip down Bhatia road this season, this is my third week of being in Woodland. He was won at Pebble Beach before (2019 US Open), he won in Phoenix in 2018, and here in Torrey Pines, he has two endings of Top-10 and three Top-20s. So far this season, he has completed 16-22-21 and he has always been one of the best in business in terms of full management. During the last 24 rounds, it ranks in Top-5 in this field for all categories outside of tee and it is also Top-5 in SG: Access. He has been 16 years oldTh On Sanderson farms, there are two Top-5 conclusions in Quail Hollow and in 2015, Woodland was the Mcilroy racing at the WGC-Cadillac match in Harding Park. Just keep playing well and maybe take some strokes to drop, and the forests should be in quarrel once again.
