Registration opens November 7, 2025 at Noon EST.

Institution hours:

  • Wednesday, March 11, 5:30-8:00 p.m. (track available during practice hours)
  • Thursday, March 12. 11:30-22:00
  • Friday, March 13. 7:30-22:00
  • Saturday, March 14, 7:30 a.m. to 10 p.m
  • Sunday, March 15, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m

Package collection information

Packet pickup will take place at The Armory in The Millrose Room on the first floor.

Package reception hours:

  • Wednesday, March 11, 5:30-8:00 p.m
  • Thursday, March 12, 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m
  • Friday, March 13. 7:30-19:30
  • Saturday, March 14, 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m
  • Sunday, March 15: 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m

Requirements:

  • Photo ID is required for package pickup.
  • Coaches receive one 4-day wristband for every 10 athletes.
  • Coaches taking a package with an individual athlete must present current coaching ID or a letter from their high school confirming their coaching status to receive free admission.
  • Parents accompanying the athlete must pay for admission.

Designated pick-up.

  • The person picking up the packet on behalf of the team must be the designated person documented on the team’s registration page on Athletic.NET. They must show ID when picking up the package. If you need to change who the designated person is, only the person who originally filled in the information athletic.net: will be able to do it.

Bib number.

  • The athlete’s number serves as a match pass.
  • A $20 replacement fee applies to lost bib numbers.

Retail

  • Event merchandise will be available during sales package collection times.
  • All pre-orders will be available at retail.
  • Please bring ID to collect all pre-purchased clothing orders.

Medical

  • NSAF medical staff, including doctors and trainers, will be on site during the match.
  • Medical services are located on the track near the throwing cage.

  • Larry Eder has been involved in athletics for 52 years. Larry has experienced sports as an athlete, coach, magazine publisher, and now a journalist and blogger. His first article, about Don Bowden, America’s first 4-minute miler, was published in RW in 1983. Larry has published several magazines on athletics, from USA Track and Field to the American version of Spikes magazine. He currently leads content and marketing development for RunningNetwork, The Shoe Addicts, and RunBlogRun. On RunBlogRun, his daily pilgrimage with the sport, Larry says: “I have to admit, I love traveling to long-distance meets, writing about the sport I love and the athletes I respect, for my readers at runblogrun.com, the most I’ve ever done besides running.” Also does some updates for BBC Sports at major events which he really enjoys.
