We’ll give you three weeks of good running and then we’ll start building in the spring of 2025.
Our program is for 800m to 5000m.
It’s three weeks into the winter indoor race/training program
During the winter I offer building runs and some hill work and some short races (800m-3K)
Some speed work weekly.
Today is January 26, 2025
Today is day six of your third week of running.
Warm up well, race a 3K or 2 miles today, put some effort into it.
If you’re not racing, do 45 minutes of Fartlek, where you run 8 x 1 minute hard up, run down, two hill weights finish for five minutes,
Catch your breath.

Always moisturize.
Make plans for your spring. Write your goals for the season on your iPhone, iPad or postcard and read them to Daily. Dreams come true through hard work.
