2025 Winter Closed Race / Training Program, March 5, 2025, Saturday, 4th day, weeks of the year, at a building distance, it is Thursday.

We extended winter workouts for ten weeks.

Our program is designed for 800 m to 5,000 m.

During winter, I build a run, I do a hill work and drive a short race for weekly speed work.
