This is the third week of the Runblogrron summer run program, and we focus on Jakob Ingebrigtsen
I first met in Dusseldorf in Dusseldorf in 2019. It was an explosion. I met Jakob after he and his brothers encountered.
Dusseldorf’s seats sit down about 3,500, and sold. I loved German Pretzels and a good beer record. I loved to walk around the object to talk to coaches and athletes. In the mixed zone, I slandered with Marie-Jose Ta Louis, I met Jacob, 19-year-old, and a really nice boy. He was a little control, yes, but he was glad to talk about the race and talked for five minutes, which I appreciated.

I watched that Jakob came out in the ranks in 2019, at the world champions. Jakob is a Gutty Runner who loves motivation that the race gives him. He trained at a very high level. “I train that 55-56 seconds are trained for 1500 m.” Jakob said to me.

In 2021, Jakob won 1,500 Olympic meters. In 2022, Jacob took 1,500 meters of silver in the world and won 5,000 m. In 2023, Jakob took silver with 1,500 m and won 5,000 m again. In 2024, Jakob gave everything he had, taking the 4th place with a shiny men who won the Cole Hocs by 1,500 m, and then gained 5,000 m. Over the years, Jakob drives from European European European European inside and abroad. Last March 2025 I spent two weeks in the Netherlands with my daughter’s friend and we were the only Americans in European closed champions. I ignored Jakob twice, and he was very happy with 1500 m and 3000 m gold medals, giving 4 titles with 3000 meters and 3 titles. Then his Achilles acted. We are glad to hear that he returns to train throughout the scale, and we hope to see him in Tokyo.

I remember a fun conversation in 2023 at Nike Pre Classic. Jacob and I talked to 1500 meters and miles, which he likes to compete, knowing his challenges. “Frankly, 3,000 m can be the perfect distance for me. I can jump 55-58 with fewer challenges, so 3000 m can be quite special. Jacob smiled. That weekend, Jakob ran for 3:43 miles and 7:22 3000 m, like European records.

Some thoughts on the summer run program.
You have considered a cross country.
The country of the Cross is offered in more than 16,500 high schools and in many junior high schools. It usually goes from mid-August to November. To prepare for the cross country, we encourage you and your 550,000 closest friends in Ruthblogrography, who like 400 m to 5000 m, consider a cross country.
It’s a great way to stay in shape and it builds your fitness to be ready for cross challenges.

When the pre-election school was located after he could not meet his state way as difficult, he became a daily basis.
