2025 Spring Race / Training Program: March 30, 2025, Week 2, 7th day, second week, Sunday is a long day.


The road to 2025 has just begun.

Today we started the spring track and the field within 14 weeks.

We will include pace, hills and some thresholds.

We will give you a spring track and 14 weeks of the field.

Our program is designed for 800 m to 5,000 m.

Today is the seventh day of the spring track and field.

Well hot; 75-95 minutes Moderate run, make sure you have some long hills and frozen in the run. Change clothes and shoes.
