Matteo Manasseer is 18 holes away Penning next big chapter In his return of golf to the RBC Canadian Open 2025.
Manasseer, a former golf who once descended from Pro Golf, shares the superiority of 54 holes in TPC Toronto in Osprey Valley with Ryan Fox. A win on Sunday would be the PGA Tour Tour of Manasseer’s first career and would mark the last step in his steady climb from the bottom of the rock. After falling, Manassero had to begin his climb to the Third Level Alp tour, where he won in 2020. He moved to the Challenge tour and won twice as much in 2023 before registering his first DP victory in the World in 11 years at Jonsson Workwear Open last year.
Now in PGA Tour, Manasseer hopes to capture some Sunday magic in Canada to win his first career victory in the American region, along with a two-year exception and invitations to Masters and PGA Championship.
It will not be easy for Manassero to cross the line, though.
There is a whole package of contenders within four of his shooting, including Shane Lowry and Cameron Young.
