Our program will be built on TEMPO on Tuesday, Fartlek, Thursday, Race Day or Debts on Saturday, Wednesday, Wednesday and Friday. If necessary, you can break around, as well as consider keeping an easy day during the week. Ask your coach before you add anything to your daily course.
Fucklay Swedish is “Speed”. It was developed by the head coach of the Swedish National Crossroads Gosta Holmer, who had been an Olympic since 1920 in multinational events. Holmer wanted to use natural location in Sweden to inspire the Swedish cross country, which was not so good in the 1930s, so Holmer started “Fartek” training. Most elite athletes use Fartlek in their workouts, and it can vary with your experience, fitness and location.
On Thursday, October 9, 65 minutes Fartlek Training Start 10 times a minute of hard, one minute easily, and after five minutes easily, and then five minutes easily at 5K.
Always about a blow.
You’ll get good. One of my favorite workouts, about once a month, was 200 yard repeats during my college career. I did them on baseball or both sides of baseball or both sides in a baseball field or football field. The idea is about 25-40 seconds hard, a few minutes to run and repeat. I did it up to 20 times but I would offer 6-8 for high school athletes.
Another trick, in all repetitions or intervals, increase the tempo in the last 1/3 of the distance. I did it all the season in a junior year in high school, and it really helped my hit. Perhaps it will help you.

In his difficult year, Steve Pleontee did not force the state. He was ashamed and upset with him. He planned that summer with his coaches, the mercilary series of training runs in the summer. He didn’t only ran, he strengthened himself. He stained himself more. In that fall, Steve Pleontee was ready for his junior march of the high school cross.
