Whoever wins the 2024 FedEx Cup will earn a huge bonus.

After a long, exciting season on the PGA Tour and three exciting FedEx Cup Playoff events, we’ve reached the grand final with final round in the 2024 Tour Championship. And huge sums of money will be handed out to players thanks to the record-breaking purse this week.
The players competing at East Lake are not only playing for the tournament championship title, but also for the FedEx Cup. And that’s where all the money comes from.

The total purse of the Tour Championship and the FedEx Cup is equal to one A staggering $100 million. But this money will not be distributed equally.
If the world number 1 Scottie Scheffler successfully completes his tournament championship campaign on Sunday, or if Collin Morikawa is able to steal itthe winner will win $25 million.
But second place isn’t so bad. This week, the runner-up will earn $12.5 million, more than three times the winner’s share of the major championships.
And last place will also win a pretty penny, to the tune of $550,000.
