2024 Fall Cross Country Training and Racing Schedule October 20, 2024 Week 5 Day 7 Sunday is your long run day.

The 2024 Cross Country season is here!

It’s time for the long term.

Remember, 560,000 high school boys and girls are running cross country this fall.

We are big fans of long runs and hills.

For many, especially early in their careers, long runs, hill work, fartleks and tempo runs give athletes everything they need in the fall.
