Runners have different goals.

Some want to finish the season.

Most people want to have their best time.

Some want to make it to regional, sectional or state meets.

Some dream of making their teams NXN Regionals or NIKE NXN Championships.

Some dream of running regionals and nationals at the 2024 FootLocker (sponsored by HOCA) Cross Country Championships.

Whatever your goal, it’s time to train.

RunBlogRun will provide you with daily training suggestions to be your best this season.
