2024 Fall Cross Country Training and Race Schedule Thursday, September 19, 2024, Week 1, Day 4, Hit the Hills!

The 2024 Cross Country season is here!

High school cross country is in full swing in the US.

560-570,000 high school boys and girls will run across the fifty US states.

Cross country races have been held for several weeks in most states, and many of the new runners who take up cross country are training.

the hard way, running into shape.

RunBlogRun just finished its ten-week summer program (July-September 15) for high school cross-country runners.

Runners have different goals.

Some want to end the season.

Some want to run their best times.

Some want to reach regional, sectional or state meets.

Some dream of making their teams NXN Regionals or NIKE NXN Championships.

Some dream of running regionals and nationals at the 2024 FootLocker (sponsored by HOCA) Cross Country Championships.

Whatever your goal, it’s time to train.

RunBlogRun will provide you with daily training suggestions.
