Sarah Hall is one of our most effective competitors. Sarah has competed in seven Olympic events, from the track and field to the marathon. His PB is 2:20:32 from the 2020 Marathon Project, a dedicated marathon in Chandler, Arizona. Sarah Hall set the masters AR in 2:26:06 at the 2024 US Olympic Trials.
Sarah Hall is incredibly competitive and positive. Coached by husband Ryan Hall, who still holds the fastest American marathon time in Boston. When I spoke to Sarah Hall on Friday, she mentioned how well her training was going and how much she loved racing.
Sarah Hall also told me she wants to run the 50k as well.
Know this, if you’re in Sarah Hall’s line of sight, she’ll probably catch you.

One of the most interesting athletes to me is Emma Bates. Emma ran well in Chicago, and she was the top American in the 2024 Boston Marathon after failing to qualify for the 2024 US Olympic Trials.
In the following interview, Emma told me that she focused on the positive. One is reminded of Friedrich Nietzsche’s quote, “What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.”
